Oh The Places We Go..Custom Travel Prints!!

I love to travel.  One of our favorite things to do is be somewhere new and just start walking.  sometimes we have a plan of where we want to go, sometimes we don't.   It works for us!  We have found some amazing places that way! 

Here are some of the travel prints you have asked me to create for you . . .

For Rachel in New Jersey who loves Nantucket . . .a set of 3 with a silhouette of the island in the middle.  ACK is the airport code for Nantucket.  How fun is that on her 12x12 cafe mount prints?

This is just fabulous - a 20x30 cafe mount.  Gill has been to some amazing places hasn't he?

Have you moved alot?  How about a 20x20 gallery wrap canvas print with all the streets you have ever lived on like The Nester did?

 

Kristen emailed and requested a version of my NYC print but with all the places she went to for her 40th birthday weekend.  and in pink.  I emailed back and said no way I went to NYC for my 40th birthday too!  Then she emailed me back and said that her goal was to have a RedLetterWords print in every room of her house!  Here is her pink NYC print in 12 x12 cafe mount. . .

I don't think that I can adequately express what a JOY it is to create these for you - Thank you for being so awesome:)

I love to travel anywhere but if I had to pick my top 3 it would be NYC, Smoky Mountains Tennessee and Mexico! - I know - city, mountains and beach - I LOVE it all!!

Custom Print Ideas #1!

Talking about custom print ideas today . . . you all are soo incredibly creative!!  I am all about meaningful art!

here are some of the prints that just touched my heart . .

Does your mom or dad always say something?  What a way to honor your mom or dad!  In the corner of each print was their mom and dad's name in smaller text

Christina had me make this for her mom - a great reminder if you are feeling overwhelmed with your to-do list.

Jessica from Kitchen Belleicious had this print made for her mom All Things Southern for Christmas!  It's her very favorite scripture - and she event sent in a picture of her holding it!  LOVE these girls!

A Fairy Tale Print

So your dear friend is having a baby girl and you want to do something so special for her baby girls nursery- what do you do?  Catherine contacted me earlier this summer with this request . . . a 20x20 size print in light green  with a pink bird and all the names of her friends favorite Hans Christian Anderson fairy tales.  And can we do them in Danish?  Yes!! absolutely!!  The Little Red Shoe, Thumbelina, The Princess and the Pea, The Little Mermaid, The Little Matchstick Girl, and The Ugly Duckling . . . I am in LoVe with how it turned out:)

Catherine and Tina loved it as well!!

An Unexpected Compliment . . .

So my friend Michelle asked me to make this print as a thank you gift for her teenage son Mason to give to his friend's family for inviting them on vacation to Florida for Spring Break.

   

Of course, I liked it, Michelle liked it, we think that Mason's friend's mom will like it, but what about a  17 year old boy?  I mean, he is the one who is going to actually bring it over and give it to the family.   So when he saw it he said "oh that's cool"

Really?  Thank you Mason!  You made my day:)
